'PLEASE, DO AWAY WITH THE COMFORTABLE WORD 'AGING',
AND RESTORE YOUR GOOD HEALTH.' [1]

BLOG POST October 1, 2014 [London, UK]

Introduction

I used to believe that the words: aging, senile, decrepit, were for humans as well. I believe they are for animals and inanimate objects. Now I realize that there is no need for us to use these words to describe ourselves. These words may have been relevant years ago, now I think they are no more relevant.

I became interested in ‘good health’ from 1979 when I had heart palpitations. Since then I started researching ‘Good Health’. I have given this research a lot of my time in the past 6 years. I discover it is up to each individual to take care of own self.

There are so many health professions now to assist one to good health. The most surprising one is the ‘Physical Exercise Health Profession’. If Mr. X gets a toddler sit down most of each day watching television and playing computer games, while he generously goes on feeding him or her every hour with snacks and meals, you could imagine the state of health the toddler would be in by the end of the first week. Certainly to a lesser extent that is what most adults do in business, profession or work.

At the other extreme many adults overwork or over-exercise to the detriment of their good health. It needs a good thinking to get near the pivot of balance for greater good health. Here again we may lack the time to think.

I would advise, start up with reasonable exercising especially fast walking or jogging; and try your best to eat healthy. You would be realizing daily or weekly that ‘aging, senility, and decrepitude’ are letting their hands off you. That’s the basic ‘Healer’ God has put in the formula.

Subject for Thought:

So-Called ‘Aging’

Surprising it may be that the American Medical Association says that there is no disease related to aging. The diseases afflicting young people are exactly the same that afflict the aging.

1. At First Meeting of the Committee on Aging of the
American Medical Association

JAMA: The Journal of the
JAMA. 1963;184(1):68-71.
doi: 10.1001/jama.1963.03700140124024

The committee was set up to find out the special problems of aging. In their endeavor to discover this they found their discursions arriving at nothing definite. They at last concluded that they were no diseases caused by aging, and that there is nothing that can be described as special problems of aging.

Who can say it better than the AMA? This positive affirmation by the AMA I think says: “SIT UP!” to one who thinks that sicknesses and problems caused by aging are encroaching upon one.

Please read what they say on:

  2. At another Meeting of the
American Medical Association

ARCHIVES OF OTOLARYNGOLOGY,
HEAD & NECK SURGERY:

Vol. 78 No. 5, November, 1963, ARTICLES
A New More Hopeful Concept on Aging
GEORGE E. SHAMBAUGH, JR., MD
Arch Otolaryngol. 1963;78(5):633-634.

The AMA describes the findings of their committee on aging as:

·         Constructive; [which I understand as meaning that it has been carefully considered]
·         Instructing; [ I interpret as meaning that it is there to teach people], and
·         Optimistic; this being the sweetest part, giving people the hope and belief that there are no sicknesses of aging and no special problems of aging.

These discoveries sound like voice from above loudly instructing people, and saying that “Good God has in no way created ‘aging’. It is all human ignorance and weaknesses that result to so-called ‘aging’!” Thanks are to God! Read on please, dear sister/brother.

The AMA Conclusion: THERE IS NO AGING DISEASE. As for limitation to the activities of the average over 65s, they concluded: only minor. Praise God!
Where do we go from the doctors’ findings above?
Let’s go east to China.
